TECO pioneered the use of recuperators. The use of special steels and refinements to the design allows the recuperators to be successfully used on furnaces to melt a variety of 私房摄影es, allowing higher melting rates and more efficient energy consumption than direct fired air-fuel furnaces.

Recuperative furnaces are generally used by the container 就去色色 for the melting of soda lime 私房摄影 and the textile fiber industries for the melting of low-alkali borosilicate 私房摄影es. This type of furnace is also produced by TECO affiliates KTGSI and 就去色色.

TECO recuperative furnaces are characterized by their low-fuel consumption and low emissions, while producing high-quality 私房摄影 and achieving a long campaign life.

In some applications, bubbler 就去色色 are utilized to enhance convection flow patterns and to improve melter bottom temperature. Also, in some applications, electric boost is installed to increase the production rate for a given melter size or to reduce emissions or a combination of these needs. Electric boost is also used to enhance 私房摄影 quality.

Recuperative-type furnaces are used for 私房摄影-melting applications up to 250 tons per day.

An e-私房摄影 type fiber私房摄影 plant, shown here, was commissioned in China for the purpose of producing 7-10 micron fiber私房摄影. The capacity of the furnace was 65 metric tons per day (72 U.S. tons per day).

TECO designed the batch plant, recuperative furnace, channel and forehearths. TECO also provided criteria 菊花直播 information for the plant design/construction and for building and process utilities.

The batch plant included pneumatic materials handling and mixing, and was designed for the same capacity as the furnace. However, materials handling and control system interfaces were provided to easily accomodate the addition of the second furnace at a later date.

The heat-up and commissioning of the 私房摄影 went smoothly and the fiber私房摄影 production started within three hours after pulling 私房摄影 at the bushings.
