Bundle 3 Bee- Bots, 3 Blue Bots and tactile reader. Boost your programming power with this pack. Connect them all together to create programs. Design complex algorithms and discover where Blue-Bot will go!

Bee-Bot is a fun robot designed for young children in classrooms. It helps kids learn STEM through various activities related to different subjects. The robot looks like a bee, is yellow, and has buttons to move it in different directions, using controls, creating step-by-step instructions, making estimations, and even the basics of programming!

It’s a fantastic choice for a child’s first encounter with robots, as it introduces them to the fundamental concepts of robotics and the different parts that make up a robot. Children are naturally curious, and this robot nurtures their curiosity, encouraging further learning and skill development.

The robot is specially designed for preschools and elementary schools. It supports children in their educational journey across subjects such as Math, Geography, Spelling, and Vocabulary. Moreover, it assists nursery students in developing their understanding of space and directions by encouraging them to imagine the best path for their Bee-Bot.

Blue-Bot is amongst the top favorite early-age robot for kids. It helps children to learn more about control, directional language, estimation, and sequencing & develop programming concepts too.

It is designed to equip teachers with a hands-on educational floor robot for classrooms. While kids of all ages use it, we recommend this robot for kid’s ages 3+ from KS1 & KS2 to learn a number of skills & to improve their cognitive skills.

Now we have a new Blue-Bot® version, that besides the features of the older model it has:

•    Increased Interaction! - Blue-Bots are now able to talk to other Blue-bots!
•    New Curriculum with Cross-Curricular Resources
•    200 Steps Program-Memory!
•    New Audio Message Recording & Playback

The TTS Blue-Bot web app!

The Blue-Bot Web App has numerous features, which make writing algorithms both fun and educational. Use explore mode to develop algorithms and challenge mode will add complexity into the algorithm. Blue-Bot can also be programmed via a block-based programming environment to help offer students progression from using the directional control of Blue-Bot.

Please note to control a Blue-Bot floor robot your device must have Bluetooth.

You can find the Blue-Bot Web App here.

Blue-Bot App Guide

Blue-Bot TacTile Reader offers a unique and alternative method for programming your Blue-Bot. Simply place individual tiles in a row to create a sequence of instructions, then press “Go” to see Blue-Bot execute the program accordingly.

With the Blue-Bot TacTile Reader, you can create a whole new activity for your Blue-Bot. By arranging individual tiles in a sequence, you build a program. Press “Go” to see Blue-Bot complete the program. The tiles can be placed in portrait or landscape orientation, allowing children to customize the layout of their program. If they want to debug their program, they can simply swap the tiles and press “Go” to try again. Connecting the TacTile Reader to a Blue-Bot is effortless: turn on Blue-Bot, press “Connect” on the Reader, and wait for Blue-Bot’s eyes to turn blue to indicate a successful connection. Up to three readers can be connected, enabling children to create programs with up to thirty steps, providing an exciting alternative to using a tablet. The TacTile Reader is also rechargeable, ensuring convenience and sustainability. It comes with 25 TacTiles included.
