WARRANTY
If you receive a product that is defective you should contact our Customer Service department. A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim. Where a product is defective and needs to be replaced or repaired, the customer will have to pay to return the defective product and Merconnet will cover the shipping for sending the new product.
Customers may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving their order. During this period, we accept returns for items that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Please note that after 30 days, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or warranty coverage for issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or problems not related to manufacturing defects.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue after the return period, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you based on the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
For 3D PRINTERS, items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order. After this period, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for replacement of any damaged parts.

Where a refund is given for a product and the claim is not covered by a consumer guarantee, it may be given as a Refund Credit to your account. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Replacement products are covered by the same warranty as that applicable to the original product.

If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice, we will provide you with a store credit within 30 days of delivery of the unopened product/s.
Return Authorization Number - A Must Have
A Return Authorization (RMA) number is required for replacement Products and refunds. Where Customer Service has provisionally determined that a product is defective, Customer Service will issue you with an RMA. Products cannot be returned without an RMA. The Product should be returned to Merconnet Electronics within10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Where possible, all products should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. If the accessories are not included, only a partial refund will be applied.
