Loti-Bot is the newest member of the TTS robot family, bringing powerful programmable movement, precision drawing, and a rich set of interactive inputs and outputs to KS2 classrooms.
Designed as the perfect bridge between early programming with Bee-Bot and Blue-Bot and more advanced learning with Oti-Bot, Loti-Bot helps learners confidently progress along their coding journey.
Using a Bluetooth-connected tablet and the TTS Loti-Bot app, students can advance through a carefully structured pathway—from a simple control environment, to a junior programming interface, and finally to a block-based programming environment. This graduated approach provides excellent differentiation, supporting learners at every skill level.
Loti-Bot is packed with features that bring the KS2 Computing curriculum to life, including:
-
Programmable LEDs
-
Programmable bumper sensors
-
Programmable proximity sensors
-
Adjustable pen holder for accurate drawing activities
-
Microphone and speaker
-
20 pre-loaded sounds for audio-based projects
-
Buddy Detection Sensor that recognises other Loti-Bots, Blue-Bot, and Bee-Bot
-
Cliff sensor to prevent falls from tables or raised surfaces
-
Graduated programming environment for scaffolded learning
With its robust design, engaging personality, and wide-ranging capabilities, Loti-Bot empowers students to explore coding, creativity, problem-solving, and robotics in meaningful, hands-on ways.

New Loti-Bot Web App from TTS
The innovation team at TTS has been working hard to enhance the usability of robotic apps.
As a result, we have some great news to share with you! The Loti-Bot web app is now available for use on laptops, Chromebooks, and PCs. This software is supported in Chrome and Edge, and operates in the same way as the tablet app. All you need is a device that can make a Bluetooth connection, which can be done by adding a BT dongle (if the device itself does not have one). Then the software will connect to a physical Loti-Bot in exactly the same way.
The web version offers several benefits, including the ability to save Loti programming files as .loti files on your computer. This feature makes it easier for teachers to set up and share sample files across school networks with colleagues and students. It is a more flexible teaching tool that can help enhance the learning experience.
